Favor Re-Entry offers a holistic suite of reentry services centered on stable housing and sustainable employment, supported by critical wrap-around resources. All programs are designed to align with Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) emphasized by the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction.

Transitional & Supportive Housing

We provide rapid rehousing assistance, short-term rental support, and coordinated referrals to NCDAC-approved housing providers. Our team also offers ongoing case management to ensure stability during the transition process.

Housing Navigation & Life Skills

Participants receive guidance on affordable housing options, lease terms, and landlord communication. We also deliver life skills training, including budgeting, tenant rights education, household management, and conflict resolution.

Job Training & Employment Services

Comprehensive workforce development programs designed to prepare participants for long-term career success.

Vocational Skills Training

Partnerships with community colleges, trade schools, and certified providers in high-demand fields such as construction, manufacturing, culinary arts, and IT support.

Job Readiness Workshops

Resume writing, interview preparation, digital literacy, and workplace professionalism training to ensure participants are employment-ready.

Job Placement Assistance

Direct connections to employer partners and participation in work-release opportunities to secure meaningful employment.

Real Time Tracking

Ongoing mentorship, workplace conflict resolution, and career advancement guidance to promote long-term job retention and growth.
